Kit MacDonald Grant began her successful career in real estate in 1984 as a Realtor with Century 21, there she was consecutively a top producer, VIP designated associate and team leader. In 1994 she joined the New England Land Company team as their Residential Office Manager. Kit is a licensed Broker in both Connecticut and New York. She is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and the Greater Fairfield County SmartMLS.  She is also a Notary Public, State of Connecticut.  Born and raised in Greenwich, she has in-depth knowledge of the community and its real estate market.
