Owner/developer. Responsible for the acquisition, zoning and marketing of a 30 acre, eleven lot subdivision. Just recently having participated in the resale of the original Hope Farm House.

Responsible for planning, zoning and marketing of a mixed use project developed under the Greenwich HO business and retail area containing four, luxury condominiums and 17,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Consultant/Exclusive Agent for the sale of 292 acres to the Town of Greenwich resulting in the town’s largest, single, land sale.

Exclusive Agent and Real Estate Consultant for a 44 acre, nine lot subdivision.

Consultant/Exclusive Agent responsible for the overall planning, zoning, development, marketing and sale of a 78-acre fourteen lot subdivision.

Responsible for the purchase of this 140-acre historic farm property from the Estate of John Lyon. Subsequently involved in the writing of the R-PR Zone under which the present Lyon Farm has been developed.

Owner/developer. Responsible for planning, zoning, renovation and marketing of a 32,000 square foot office building originally built in 1902 and one of Greenwich’s oldest buildings.

Owner/developer responsible for planning, zoning and marketing of this mixed use project including the 180,000 square foot corporate headquarters of American Brands and the 400 room Hyatt Regency Greenwich Hotel.
